Dr. Donath has a unique background in audiology as she has governed her own path in such a way that led her to work in private practices in CT. and NY., freelancing in fast-paced medical centers in New York and the New York Boroughs, working with the elderly population in convalescent homes, and working at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.

Her versatile experience spans over a thirteen year time period which has allowed her to hone her skills in diagnostics, hearing aid fitting and troubleshooting, and counseling. Her niche is being able to connect with her patients and subsequently customize the programming of the hearing aids so that the patients are receiving the best personalized fit. In addition to hearing health and hearing aids, she specializes in balance disorders and balance treatments. Dr. Donath is thrilled to join the team at Audiology Associates of Westchester in April, 2012.

Maggie McKeon

Office Manager

Maggie McKeon joined our team in January of 2000, and is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of our practice. Maggie received her B.S. Degree in Healthcare Administration from Herbert H. Lehman College. Prior to joining our staff, her experience in the healthcare field included Practice Management and Hospital Billing Supervisor positions. Maggie also served as a Medical Billing Instructor for the Herbert H. Lehman College, Adult Education Department.

Maggie has an extensive knowledge of most insurance plans and is always happy to address any patient questions or concerns regarding insurance reimbursement.

Lidis Pacheco

Administrative Assistant

Lidis Pacheco, joined Audiology Associates of Westchester in 2006. She has had experience working in various healthcare facilities throughout her career. Due to her interest in the medical field, she began pursuing a degree in Nursing, at the College of New Rochelle. Over the past six years at our facility, not only has Lidis gained trusting relationships with many of our patients, but she also has gained extensive knowledge in various areas of Audiology. Her position as Administrative Assistant has inspired her to pursue her license as a Hearing Aid Dispenser.

Johanna Oliveros

 
Johanna Oliveros joined Audiology Associates of Westchester in 2011. Johanna is the friendly voice that will answer your calls, schedule your appointments, send you batteries and answer any questions you may have regarding our practice. She continues to strengthen her customer service skills through participation in various patient interaction programs and is currently enrolled at Westchester Community College.
